Pls search our website, choose the hair you like, select length, quantity and put them in cart ,fill in your shipping address , you can pay online by Credit Card or Paypal. Once you pay, we will arrange fast shipping within 24 hours.
Q2: Is the hair virgin unprocessed?
Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q3: How long does the delivery take?
Your order is usually shipped within 24 hours once payment except weekend & holiday from China. After shipment you usually can get your package in 4-5 working days. If customized order, we normally need 10-20 days to arrange and will ship out the package asap.
Q4: How long can the hair be used?
Depend on how you maintain hair, if you condition hair by proper way frequently, like 2-3 times per week, the hair can be used more than 12 months.

Q6: How many bundles should I take for a full head
For average head size, we usually suggest:
If 8"-12", 2-3 bundles.
If 14"-20", 3-4 bundles.
If 22"-30", 4 bundles or more.
Q7: Can I dye it into other color and make other style?
Yes, our hair are 100% human hair can be dyed, bleached and permed. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. However, frequently dyed and permed will do harm on hair, even destroy hair. Please do not do this frequently. Also you had better do it with the help of professional hairstylist.
Q8: Can the hair be straighten and curled?
Yes! You could use hair straightener or hair curler to restyle our hair. But pls don’t use hot iron too frequently, or the hair will be easy to get dry and tangled.
Q9: Does the hair have a smell ?
The hair was only processed with the disinfection and nutrition treatment after collected from donors to keep the hair clean and nutritious, normally there will be a smell of shampoo and oil. But after u washed the hair, then the smell will be gone
Q10: Why are my hair extensions getting shedding?
Will it get shedding? : After the factory workers sew the hair pieces into a bundle, there might be some short pieces that are not attached to the weft, so when you first comb it or wash it, it will go out. That’s not shedding, comb them out and it will be fine. Besides the wefts are double drawn machine weft to prevent the shedding, if you have to cut the weft to adjust the hair volume to install, pls make sure to seal the edges of the wefts so that it won’t shed. And never wash or comb the hair with too much strength, it is virgin hair, it needs more of your love to take care of it, or it will break off.
Q11. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
Your hair extensions can tangle due to dryness, dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not comb your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
Q12: What hair care products can I use?
Treat the hair just as it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.
Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable.
